I purchased this for airline travel. Using a bag like this the computer can be sent thru the security scanner without removing it from this case. Saves time and keeps the computer from getting beat up. We have these type of sleeves for all our netbooks & laptops for travel. I also purchased a sleeve for my teenagers laptop to protect it in the backpack.
